Rubio is from Spain and has been tattooing since 2014. He has tattooed professionally in Spain, Germany, California and Washington DC and is known for his bold American traditional and neotraditional style. He also specializes in fine line and pointillism and is proficient in both color and black and gray. Rubio works by appointment only out of our H Street location.
