Tattoos

You must be at least 18 years of age to get tattooed at any Fatty’s location.

ID REQUIREMENT

You must present a state or federal ID in order to receive any tattoo services at Fattys. Here are the forms of ID we accept:

• Valid government issued ID card
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Military issued ID card
• Permanent Resident Alien ID card

PIERCING AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years of age to get pierced at Fatty’s Washington DC locations.

ID REQUIREMENT

You must present a state or federal ID in order to receive any piercing services at Fattys.

MINOR (UNDER 18) PIERCING ID REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS

Fatty’s offers minor (under 18) piercing services with a parent or legal guardian present out of our Silver Spring, Maryland location (minor piercings are illegal in Washington DC). The parent or guardian must present their federal or state issued ID, the minor’s federal or state issued ID AND the minor child’s original birth certificate (copies not accepted). Failure to present proper ID for all parties may result in the loss of your service reservation fee. Minors must be able to verbally consent to the procedure and must show respect to their parents/guardians and the piercer while at Fatty’s. All minor piercings are done at the discretion of the piercer.

Acceptable forms of ID for minors (under 18). Minor must present a birth certificate (copies not accepted) in addition to one of the following:

• Valid government issued ID card
• Valid passport
• Permanent Resident Alien ID card
