Jason is a lifesaver! I had a forward helix (done at a different shop) that got caught in my hair and the backing was pulled almost all the way through to the front. Jason got me in same day and was clear he might not be able to save it but he did and somehow barely even hurt getting it all fixed. Will definitely be back for future piercing.

I got my helix pierced here and the initial piercing experience was fine. The issue came when I returned to have my stud swapped for a hoop. Shortly after, I developed significant irritation and swelling that progressively got worse. I eventually went to a second piercer who, upon examining it, told me the hoop was too small in diameter and was tugging on the piercing rather than sitting freely. He also noted that the open gap in the seamless hoop was rotating and scratching the inside of the channel. Most significantly, he observed what appeared to be two separate exit holes on the back of my ear, and said the hoop appeared to be exiting through a hole that was not my original one — one that was actively bleeding at the time. He replaced the hoop with a stud through the original hole, and the irritation cleared up quickly after that. I’m not a piercer and I can’t say with certainty exactly what happened during the jewelry swap. When I reached out to share this, the original piercer attributed the mark to swelling indentation rather than a second hole. I’ll let you draw your own conclusions — I just wanted to share my experience in case it’s helpful to anyone considering getting jewelry changed here.

I got a second piercing in both earlobes, and it was so easy. Michael was super patient with my friend and I (we were both a little nervous), and super informative about the process. I would def come back and ask for Michael if I get another piercing!

Mikey was very professional, while also being wise and funny. His conversation and humor kept me occupied while getting my first tattoo, and it hurt much less than I thought it would! Highly recommend!
